AI processing data: Scene analysis results, transcripts, labels, and classifications generated from your uploaded content.

• Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics.

Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

• Personal names are encrypted at rest using Laravel's database encryption.
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt.
• API authentication uses Laravel Sanctum with token expiration (8 hours).
• Two-factor authentication is available via email, SMS, or Google Authenticator.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

We retain your account data and uploaded content for as long as your account is active. Deleted assets are soft-deleted and may be permanently removed after a retention period. Activity logs are retained for auditing purposes.
